Shipping

When you order from the website we typically select the most cost effective shipping method available. If you would like your package shipped via a specific carrier or have special instructions just email us at help@inkandvolt.com and we will do our very best to accommodate.

• Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
• For expedited shipping please allow 3-4 business days from the date of your order.
• For ground shipping please allow 5-7 business days from the date of your order.
• For international shipping please allow 3-4 business days from the date of your order.

Eligible for U.S. shipping addresses only. Order total (before tax) must be equal to or greater than $150 USD. Digital goods and gift cards not eligible towards total.  

Damaged Items
We do our best to protect each shipment, but we also send our packages with insurance – just in case. If for some reason your package is damaged during shipment, we can work together to file a claim. Please be sure to take a picture of the damage and the outer packaging. Then send it to help@inkandvolt.com to start the claim process.

Missing Package
If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date please let us know in a timely manner. We want to make sure you order arrives safely to you, and if there are any hiccups at all don’t hesitate to reach out.

If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive, and it was sent to the address provided in your order, then you will need to follow up with the carrier as these instances are not covered by insurance and we won’t be able to help.
