My order was returned to sender. What now?
If your package was returned to sender, you will be issued a refund for your order if/when it arrives back to us. This all happens automatically with our processing, unfortunately, so there is no easy way for us send it back out to you. If you would still like the product(s) you ordered, you can place a new order and we will make sure to ship it out right away.
Can I exchange a product?
We don't have a way to do a direct exchange, so the best course of action is for you to return the product you’d like to swap out. Then you would place a separate order for the item you want. We will refund you for the first item when it gets back to us (assuming it is in brand new, unused condition).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions” on the left-hand menu.
Do you offer customization/personalization?
Unfortunately we do not offer customization on our products.
I ordered a PDF/worksheet. How do I access my digital downloads?
You will receive a separate email with a link to your digital downloads; the subject line will read "Your Downloads Are Ready!" You can also access it directly on your order status page.
Do you offer donations on your products?
We occasionally will have product available for donation but it depends on our supply. If we are able to offer donations, our Giving Program will be activated; if the page is not active, we do not have any donations available at this time.
How do I add a gift note to my order?
You can add a gift note when you view your cart, under the dropdown menu labeled "Add Gift Message." Please note that our packing slips do not contain pricing, so you never need to worry!
When will my order ship?
Your purchase will be processed and shipped 1-2 business days after placing an order.
If you selected standard/ground shipping, the expected arrival date is 5-7 business days (domestic orders). Expedited orders will arrive within 3-4 business days of the shipment date (not the order date).*
For international orders, please allow up to a week for delivery. Due to customs and international processing, more time may be necessary.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
We generally do not offer bulk discounts at this time. However, if you need to place a particularly large order, please feel free to contact us at hello@inkandvolt.com or send us a note on our Contact page.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your package does not arrive within 7 days of the expected delivery date please let us know. We insure all of our packages, but if you don’t let us know in a timely manner there will be nothing we can do to get you a refund or a replacement. We want to make sure you order arrives safely to you, and if there are any hiccups at all don’t hesitate to reach out to us at help@inkandvolt.com
If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive, and it was sent to the address provided in your order, then you will need to follow up with the carrier as these instances are not covered by insurance and we won’t be able to help.
What are the differences between the Soft Touch, Bookcloth, and/or Limited Edition Planner Series?
All of these series are exactly the same in terms of content and format; the only difference is the type and color of the cover material. Soft touch planners uses our classic faux leather, suede-like cover material. Our Bookcloth series use a linen-like cover material. Our Limited Edition planners change every year but usually have a beautiful synthetic leather-like material with a slight sheen to it.
Can I find Ink+Volt in stores?
We are currently not in stores. We are online-only and ship directly and exclusively!
Are gift cards available?
Yes! Gift cards are available. They are non-refundable, and do not expire. Gift cards are delivered via an email that contains the gift card code and value. Purchases made with gift card value are refundable per Limited Return Policy.
I ordered a digital PDF of the Ink+Volt Planner. How do I download and print it out?
Your PDF download will be available on your order summary page immediately following checkout. The download will also be sent to the email provided at checkout shortly following the transaction.
Our digital PDF of the Ink+Volt Planner is formatted for standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper and should print from home like any other document. If you would like to print the Ink+Volt Planner, we have created a printing guide to help adjust your settings.
If you would like to print the PDF professionally, your preferred print shop will most likely ask to see our permission. Please email us for permission to print out the Ink+Volt Planner PDF for personal use.
