Returns
Limited Return Policy
All orders are final and non-refundable unless the shipment arrives damaged, an item is defective, or if the wrong product was sent. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at help@inkandvolt.com with these issues. Digital goods, such as PDF downloads, are ineligible for refunds.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Damaged, opened, or used merchandise will not qualify for a refund. All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee per item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card are refundable (credited back to the gift card) if they meet the return policy above. Gift card value not redeemable for cash.
Return Process
1. Contact Us
To determine if your order qualifies for a return, email us at help@inkandvolt.com with the following required information:
- Name:
- Order #:
- Item(s) to return:
- Reason for return:
2. Return the item
If your return is approved, we will provide necessary shipping information and instructions needed to process your return. You will need to carefully package the items to ensure it is protected in shipment.
3. Finalizing your return
Once we receive the items your return will be processed within 5-7 business days of its arrival back to Ink+Volt. You will receive an email from our team once the return is processed.
Note for international orders: If your item(s) are approved for a return, we are unable to generate a return label on your behalf, and you will be required to cover the shipping & handling for your return.
