Free Shipping Eligibility
Receive free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Order total (before tax) must be equal to or greater than $100 USD. Digital goods and gift cards not eligible towards total.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Once your order is placed, we are unable to update your address. Please double-check your address before checking out!
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
- Ground shipping: please allow 5-7 business days from the date of your order.
- Expedited shipping: please allow 3-4 business days from the date of your order.
- International shipping: please allow up to a week for delivery. Due to customs and international processing, more time may be necessary.
Holiday Processing Times: Please note that the processing time during the holiday season may take 2-3 business days prior to shipment due to increased order volumes.
Damaged Items
We do our best to protect each shipment, but if for any reason your package is damaged during shipment, let us know right away. Please be sure to take a picture of the damage and the outer packaging. Then send it to help@inkandvolt.com to start the claim process.
Missing Package
If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date please let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase. We want to make sure you order arrives safely to you, and if there are any hiccups at all don’t hesitate to reach out.
If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive, and it was sent to the address provided in your order, then you will need to follow up with the carrier as these instances are not covered by insurance and we won’t be able to help.
