I was so excited to receive my Productivity Bundle order, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

I specifically selected the Productivity Bundle because the product image on their website showed it included a spiral-bound Dashboard Desk Pad—a feature I preferred.

When the order arrived 12 days later, the Desk Pad was not spiral-bound as advertised on their website and in my order confirmation receipt. I reached out to customer service, assuming it was an honest mistake and expecting them to resolve the issue, especially since this was my first purchase and the bundle was relatively expensive at $60.95 (including shipping).

Customer service thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention and explained that the product image on their website had been incorrect, which they were working to update.

Unfortunately, their proposed solution was disappointing. They offered me the option to return the item—provided it was unused—for a partial refund of that portion of the bundle. If I wanted the spiral-bound version, I would have to purchase it separately.

Given that it took 12 days to receive the initial shipment, this resolution was far from ideal. Misrepresenting a product and failing to take full responsibility for the error left a poor impression.

I had hoped this brand would become a staple in my gift-giving rotation, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere. As a first-time customer, I expected better care and a more proactive effort to make things right.
