Limited Return Policy
All orders are final and non-refundable unless the shipment arrives damaged, an item is defective, or if the wrong product was sent. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at email@example.com with these issues. Digital goods, such as PDF downloads, are ineligible for refunds.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Damaged, opened, or used merchandise will not qualify for a refund. All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

2. Return the item
If your return is approved, we will provide necessary shipping information and instructions needed to process your return. You will need to carefully package the items to ensure it is protected in shipment.
3. Finalizing your return
Once we receive the items your return will be processed within 5 business days of its arrival back to Ink+Volt. You will receive an email from our team once the return is processed.
When you order from the website we typically select the most cost effective shipping method available. If you would like your package shipped via a specific carrier or have special instructions just email us at email@example.com and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
For expedited shipping please allow 3-5 business days from the date of your order.
For ground shipping please allow 7-10 business days from the date of your order.
For international shipping please allow 30 business days from the date of your order.
We do our best to protect each shipment, but we also send our packages with insurance – just in case. If for some reason your package is damaged during shipment, we can work together to file a claim. Please be sure to take a picture of the damage and the outer packaging. Then send it to firstname.lastname@example.org to start the claim process.
If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date please let us know. We insure all of our packages, but if you don’t let us know in a timely manner there will be nothing we can do to get you a refund or a replacement. We want to make sure you order arrives safely to you, and if there are any hiccups at all don’t hesitate to reach out.
If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive, and it was sent to the address provided in your order, then you will need to follow up with the carrier as these instances are not covered by insurance and we won’t be able to help.
If you select a product that is a pre-order and combine shipping with products that are available to ship now, we will wait to bundle your items in one shipment (at the time that pre-order is ready to ship). If you would like some products sooner, it is best to place separate orders.
